2016 Boston Marathon links

I ran the 2016 Boston Marathon on April 18, 2016. I ran as a member of the Samaritans’ team – saving lives as I raised awareness about suicide and mental health issues. I ran in honor and memory of my sister, Katherine, who we tragically lost to suicide on March 26, 2012. My 2016 Boston Marathon journey was incredible. I am blessed – and I know it now more than ever. I doubled my goal and incredibly raised $20,000 with the help of so many generous and loving people. I know Katherine is looking down and smiling with pride and feeling all of our love. Love and miss you sis.

Here is a page of links I had referenced from my main menu bar, and below is the content of the home page I used for five months. I hope this content helps others out in years to come.

I’m running in the 2016 Boston Marathon on April 18, 2016, in honor of my sister, to raise money to save lives and create awareness towards suicide prevention and mental health illnesses. Please help me spread this message to 10,000 people!

Welcome! Thank you for helping me with education and awareness related to suicide and mental health. Please make a donation or read my 2016 Boston Marathon blog. Use the menu at the top of this page for other options, including reading my full blog. Thank you for being part of this journey with me!-Dave

Your support and encouragement is making a world of difference to my life and to the lives of so many others. My goal is to raise AT LEAST $10,000 (which I want to far surpass!), but my dream is to touch 10,000 lives. Please spread the word and share this page on social media, word of mouth, etc.
