This site is about happiness, living for today, and helping others along the way. This site is for everyone. You don’t need to have experienced a suicide in your life, or mental illness (depression, anxiety, etc), or have labeled yourself with anything. We all have ups and downs. Here’s what we can all do every day: Live in the present moment. Cherish all that you have. Be mindful of your emotions and thoughts, but don’t dwell on them. Pay attention to those around you. Be proud of those around you. Tell them. Listen to those around you. REALLY listen. Don’t dwell on the past (despite how hard that can be). Enjoy the journey. Enjoy TODAY. Be open to new ideas and experiences. Live in the now. Be happy
